JEConnects Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all content and behaviour on JEConnects — including business profiles, product and service listings, marketplace listings, galleries, reels, reviews, quotes, jobs, messages, support requests, images, videos and any other content you upload, publish or send to another user. They apply to every account type: customers, business owners, drivers and staff.

The following content and behaviour are not allowed on JEConnects and will be removed:

• Pornography & explicit sexual content

  Sexually explicit material, nudity intended to arouse, or adult content.

• Sexual solicitation & promotion of sexual services

  Offering, requesting or advertising sexual services, escort services or paid sexual encounters.

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

  Sharing intimate or sexual images of someone without their consent, including 'revenge porn'.

• Sexual exploitation

  Any content or behaviour that exploits another person sexually, including coercion or trafficking.

• Sexual content involving or sexualizing minors

  Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes children. This is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Graphic violence & gore

  Depictions of extreme violence, gore, bodily harm or cruelty that are disturbing or gratuitous.

• Extremely disturbing or shocking content

  Content intended to shock, disgust or distress viewers, including graphic accidents or suffering.

• Harassment, bullying, threats & stalking

  Targeting, intimidating, humiliating, threatening or pursuing another person, or repeated unwanted contact.

• Hate & discriminatory content

  Content that attacks, degrades or promotes hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or similar traits.

• Illegal activity

  Content that promotes, depicts or facilitates illegal acts, including the sale of illegal goods or services.

• Fraud, scams & impersonation

  Misleading people for money or data, running scams, or pretending to be a person, business or organisation you are not.

• Spam & malicious content

  Mass unsolicited messages, deceptive links, malware, phishing or any content designed to harm devices or deceive users.

• Privacy violations & unauthorized sharing of personal information

  Sharing someone's private contact details, location, ID or other personal information without their permission ('doxxing').

• Copyright & IP violations

  Using images, videos, text, logos or other material you don't have the right to use, or that infringes another's intellectual property.

• Circumventing JEConnects safety systems

  Any content or behaviour designed to bypass, disable or evade the platform's safety, moderation or verification systems.

These guidelines target explicit, pornographic, exploitative or otherwise prohibited material — not ordinary, lawful expression. The following are not prohibited merely because they show skin:

• • Professional and commercial photography
• • Maternity and family photography
• • Fashion, swimwear and underwear modelling (shown as products or services)
• • Artistic, cultural and educational content
• • Medical, health and wellness content
• • Beach, sport and lifestyle imagery that incidentally shows skin

Showing skin is not, by itself, a violation. Content is only removed when it crosses into the explicit, sexualised or exploitative categories listed above.

You are responsible for the content you upload, publish or send on JEConnects, and for ensuring it complies with these guidelines and the law. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, err on the side of caution and don't post it. By using JEConnects you confirm that you have the rights to any content you share and that it doesn't violate these guidelines or anyone else's rights.

JEConnects may remove prohibited content and may restrict or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. Depending on the severity, this can include removing specific listings, galleries, reels or messages; limiting account features; suspending or terminating a business, driver or user account; and, where required by law, referring matters to the appropriate authorities.

Treat other users with respect, transact honestly, and respect the community. If you come across content that you believe violates these guidelines, please let us know through our support channels so it can be reviewed.
